I've kept true to this 2weeker so far. I'm averaging about 8-9 cups of water per day so far, but after reading Christina's Post I'm not so sure I should be drinking so much. Really, I'm not expecting any life changing results from this first 2weeker but drinking more water per day has to put you closer to this. That isn't to say that I'm not going to get anything out of it. I have a feeling I'll be a little less dependent on caffeine when this is all said and done.
I've started collecting the individual cups that I've been using to drink water on my desk. I'll take a picture of the total amount consumed at work and post it at the end.
