The debate of the day seems to be "what comprises 'water' anyway?" Well, beyond chemically, the idea is that some water might be "purer" than other. For instance, how "pure" is mineral water? Does that violate this 2weeker? What about carbonated water? Water with lime/lemons? Water with a slightly smushed cherry inside?

I've opted for tap-only, which is kinda stringent but eliminates waste from bottled water as well as fruit-related confounds. As for the "funny business" of cereal, soup, etc., I've determined that anything where "drink" is the verb damns the product into the forbidden zone. You don't typically drink soup, right?

Today I calculated how much water I drank from about 7:45AM to 6:45PM (rough work hours including commute). So far I would say around 2800ml., which is a whole lot of water. If there's one appearance-related change due to this 2weeker, it's that I feel (and look) bloated all the time. This obviously isn't ideal, but it's probably not the end of the world.

Finally, thanks to everyone who has visited and supported us. We really encourage you to tell your friend about www.2weeker.com. It won't be long before you and your friends can directly participate too! The more the merrier...
