alright, not gonna lie--this 2weeker is super-easy :) sorry Mike--I'm sure I'll be suffering next time around! I turned down my roomie's offer of tea last night and explained tweaker to her, but that was about it. I also had to resist the urge yesterday to get a jamba juice after a crazed bike ride to the undergrad-riddled central campus...but it wasn't that strong an urge.

Michael and I were remarking about how cool it was that Justin used 2weeker to switch breakfast routines and subsequently gain time in the morning...maybe something like that will happen to everyone at some point during this project--I think that's certainly the hope! Alternatively everyone could be overwhelmed with the realization that frozen toaster waffles are a superior breakfast food :)

I also felt the need to address the thought that more water improves one's skin complexion--I actually just saw an article debunking all these myths circulating about all the great things water does--here it is (and I promise I'm not rickrolling you!!) In any case, drinking more water is certainly not *bad*, and could potentially be more healthy for all you caffeine addicts out there (especially since caffeine is a diuretic--makes your body lose more water) :) alright, no more nerdy science!
