Another day of water and waffles for breakfast. Another day being ready 10 minutes early (Woo, not a fluke). Not much else to report in terms of water, other than my last brita filter cartridge is on its last leg...
As mentioned in my previous post, a couple years ago I had stopped drinking soda. I went almost 2 years before breaking my streak to celebrate, y'know, getting married. I don't drink, so soda is my replacement? Whatever.
But regardless, a couple notes about that initial soda-stop. The first 2 weeks were horrible. I would crash halfway through the day and would just feel generally horrible and "fuzzy". Then there was a day, about 2 weeks later, when everything felt clear again. I felt better throughout the course of a day without any carbonated help.
Over the last few months of having a random can here and there, I haven't felt the same withdrawal effects. So apparently moderation is the key!
All you coffee drinkers are suckers.
